I started out like most guys—skinny, frustrated, and spinning my wheels in the gym. Years of trial and error with zero results and many restarts pushed me to studying nutrition and personal training, where I finally cracked the code. That’s when fitness became not just a hobby but my FitLife.

With 15+ years of hands-on training, owning a supplement store, and PED experience. I’ve tested every approach— different workout splits, all the diets vegan, keto, carnivore, blood type, pre workouts, vitamins even peptides, anabolics, —and I’ve discovered what actually works long term.

I don’t promote the use of PEDs but avoiding the conversation in today’s day and age only leads to mistakes and possible health risks.
